The {product-abbrev} components are configured during the initial installation of thesoftware. After the installation, you can manage the following componentsfrom either the Administration Console or using the CLI utility.
1) Setup on Microsoft Outlook There are 2 ways to do this: a. Use IMAP / POP (Manual Setup or Additional Server Types POP or IMAP) Enter the user information in the next dialog box- Click More Settings. Internet Email Settings. Incoming mail server: This is the internet location name of your incoming mail server. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): This is the internet location name of your outgoing mail server. User Name: This is the login name for your email account. Password: Enter your password if you want Outlook to remember it for you.

Global Configuration
Global Settings apply to all accounts in the Zimbra servers. They areinitially set during installation. You can modify the settings from theAdministration Console.
Configurations set in Global Settings define inherited default valuesfor the following objects: server, account, COS, and domain. If theseattributes are set in the server, the server settings override theglobal settings.
